Friday Day 2

Well there was a lot of soggy ground but thank God for concrete under cover.

After our specific warm ups we went into our "rounds for time"

Team 1 started with 1 leg lying hip extensions and side raises for 15 reps

Team 2 with TRX pull-ups and goblin squats for 45 reps

Next up was Mountain climbs and star jumps for 30 reps.

Time for water break then repeat.

Second round of pull-ups was alternated with floppy cable pulls.

Finish with specific stretches and off to a great friday at work or "play"!
